From an agent that is “not like the others” to a unique real estate banner, there was only one step… one which François Bissonnette took. Feeling constrained by the practices adopted by traditional brokers, he launched into the Realta adventure with a desire to rejuvenate the image of the real estate agent and to offer quality services to top-notch clients. + Holding a degree in administrative sciences from the École des Hautes Études Commerciales, François Bissonnette first worked in the food industry for over 20 years. An adept negotiator and a conscientious manager, he decided to transfer his skills to the field of real estate. Associated with RE/MAX ever since he first earned his stripes in 1995, he obtained his chartered broker diploma in 1999. He has been honoured numerous times for his outstanding performance within the RE/MAX group of agents, rising in record time to an elite club to which less than 1% of all RE/MAX agents in the world belong, not to mention placing his group among the “top 10” best performing teams province-wide. A board member of Greater Montreal Real Estate Board, François is also actively involved in training the future generation. Notably, he has taught students at the Collège d’enseignement en immobilier de Montréal, and today the members of his team benefit greatly from his knowledge. For over 15 years, her name was linked to Simon Chang, the prolific women’s designer whose product lines she represented exclusively. Anne-Marie then joined the designer’s firm in 1995 as sales director and product development manager, + focusing her efforts on launching collections.
